Yoshiyama Shouten's signature "Ramen in Miso Soup with Roasted Sesames"

While using a lot of lard, the oil is evaporated by raising the flame high and cooking. Using a manufacturing method that evaporates the oil while preserving the flavor, the amount of lard is reduced to less than half.
Grill the miso in the residual heat of a pot until it becomes fragrant, and add roasted sesame seeds to create miso ramen with an even stronger roasted flavor.
